Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. The target region that is the return of NOAA 12833 has been now numbered as NOAA 12842 and is designated as an alpha/H-type sunspot group. This region has not produced any flare activity since yesterday's message, while NOAA 12841 has shown signs of trailing spot consolidation in the period and was the source of three B-class flares (including the largest of the period with a B7.1 flare on 11-Jul-2021 at 01:25 UT). The target switches back to NOAA 12841 with further B-class flares probable in the following 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 12841 on 11-Jul-2021 at 22:00 UT is:
S18E33 , ( -490", -345" )
