Dear Collaborators, The level of solar activity is low. Target region NOAA 12965 has now rotated fully onto the visible disk and it has been re-designated as a beta/E-type sunspot group. Most of the spotted regions on disk have remained flare quiet, with NOAA 12965 producing the largest flare of the period in the form of a B7.7 on 10-Mar-2022 at 09:18 UT. C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a small chance for a low M-class flare. The position of NOAA 12965 on 10-Mar-2022 at 20:00 UT is: N23E49 , ( -674", 448" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
