Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at very low levels since the last message, with NOAA 13064 remaining quiescent, while a new region currently behind the northeast limb was the source of three occulted ~C1 flares. The region is unnumbered and its magnetic configuration uncertain but it shall be the new target region. Chance of increased activity as the region rotates into view. The approximate position of the target region on 25-Jul-2022 at 11:30 UT is: N19E86, ( -891", 301" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
