Dear Collaborators, Solar activity has continued at the B-level over the past 24 hours, with most activity coming from the unnumbered target region near the southeast limb. The region appears to have a beta configuration and may be showing signs of development around its leader spot. It shall continue as the target region with only low-level events likely at this time. The approximate position of the target region on 28-Jul-2022 at 11:30 UT is: S15E69, ( -853", -275" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan. Regards, Ryan Milligan (Queen's University Belfast) |
