Dear Collaborators, Solar activity has increased slightly since the last message as the target region in the southwest quadrant, NOAA 13077, produced two C1 flares. The region has remained unchanged in terms of size and complexity and retains its beta/C-type configuration. It shall continue as the target region with further low-level activity possible. The position of NOAA 13077 on 11-Aug-2022 at 19:30 UT is: S15W35, ( 526", -328" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
