Solar activity has been at a moderate level. A north-east limb region (unnumbered yet) just produced a very impulsive M1.2 flare at 17:36 UT on 03-Dec-2022. This region was also the source of nine low C-class flares. Today we will watch this region. If possible, please also include NOAA 13156 (N25E53) nearby in the field of view, which has some coronal loops connecting with the limb target region. 13156 was classified as an alpha/H-type region and has produced two low C-class flares. Yesterday's target NOAA 13153 (S17E49) only produced two ~C1 flares in the period but it now has been designated as a beta-gamma/E-type configuration. More C-class flares are expected with a chance of additional M-class flares from the limb target region and also from NOAA 13153 in the next few days.
