Dear Collaborators, The level of solar activity is low. Target region NOAA 13229 was reclassified as a beta-delta/D-type sunspot group since the last message. This region only produced a C2.7 flare on 19-Feb-2023 at 14:50 UT. The MM#003 Major Flare Watch will remain in effect on NOAA 13229 for a further 24 hours. Further C-class flares are expected in the following 24-hour period, with a chance for an M-class flare.
