Solar activity continues at low levels for the past 24 hours. Yesterday’s target NOAA 13306 (S18W57) only produced a C1.9 flare at 14:40 UT on 15-May-2023, and it was downgraded to a beta/B-type configuration with decreasing in the sunspot area. NOAA 13305 has increased in magnetic complexity and has been classified as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. 13305 is the most flare-productive with the source of 5 C1 flares, so today the target shall switch to this region. Please note that an unnumbered region (S23E89) also produced a C2.0 flare. Further C-class activities are expected in the next 24-hour period.
