Dear Collaborators, The level of solar activity is moderate. Target region NOAA 13315 grew further in spot area and magnetic complexity since the last message, now classified as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type spot group. This region remained the most flare productive region, being the source of several C-class flares and the largest magnitude flare in the period - an M1.0 on 28-May-2023 at 10:21 UT. Additional C-class flares are expected over the following 24-hour period, with a good chance for another low M-class flare. The position of NOAA 13315 on 28-May-2023 at 16:30 UT is: S17W17 , ( 266", -261" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
