Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low-to-moderate. Target region NOAA 13451 has now rotated up to the North West limb and remains classed as a beta-gamma/E-type group (although proximity to the limb means accurate classification is impossible). This region continued to be the most flare-productive spot region, being the source of several C-class flares as well as the largest magnitude event in the period - an M1.1 on 12-Oct-2023 at 04:50 UT. NOAA 13451 will remain as the target for a final 24 hours as it rotates fully out of view beyond the North West limb. Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for another M-class flare.
