Dear Collaborators, The level of solar activity is very low. The target region at the North West limb has continued to be the source of all C-class activity since the last message (five flares in total, including the largest magnitude in the period as a C2.3 flare on 20-Oct-2023 at 04:20 UT. This location remains as the target for the following 24 hours. Additional low C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours. The approximate position of this region on 20-Oct-2023 at 20:00 UT is: N25W90 , ( 873", 405" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
