Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has returned to low levels. The largest event since the last message was a C1.7 flare at 06:09 UT today produced by the target region NOAA 13473. This region also produced 2 C1.2 and 1 B-class flares. It retains a beta/B-type magnetic configuration and has increased in spot counts. The target region shall remain with NOAA 13473, due to its past flaring history as well as a high and increasing current helicity. Besides, NOAA 13471 (S23W53, beta-gamma/C-type) and NOAA 13472 (N19E22, beta/C-type) were also sources of several C1 and B-class flares. Further C-class flares are expected in the following 24-hour period.
