Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has reached moderate levels. The target region (unnumbered yet) has produced 4 flares including an M1.0 at 19:08 UT on 2-Nov-2023, with a high and increasing current helicity. Today the target shall remain with this limb region due to its recent high flaring productivity. Besides, NOAA 13474 (S18W47, beta-gamma/D-type) produced the largest event which was an M1.7 flare at 12:18 UT on 2-Nov-2023. A spotless region (N31W26) produced a C3.2 flare at 04:40 UT today, accompanied by a large filament eruption. Further C-class flares are expected with additional moderate-level activity possible from various regions in the next 24-hour period.
