Dear Collaborators, Solar activity has continued at an intermediate level since the last message. An M1.2 flare was produced near the northeast limb at 08:54 UT today. The large active region visible near the northeast limb is now numbered as NOAA 13491. The target region will continue to be the northeast limb, encompassing NOAA 13490 and NOAA 13491. Further C-class activity is likely, with a chance for additional isolated M-class flares. The approximate position of the target region on 20-Nov-2023 at 12:30 UT is: N19E74, (-883", 306") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
