Dear Collaborators, Solar activity has slightly increased since the last message. NOAA 13514 produced several flares over the last 24 hours, the largest being an M5.8 at 07:11 UT today. NOAA 13514 continues to show dynamic sunspot behaviour. At this time we are implementing a Major Flare Watch with NOAA 13514 as the target region. Further >M5 activity possible over the next 24-48 hours. The position of NOAA 13514 on 14-Dec-2023 at 12:30 UT is: N07W43, (661", 128") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
