Dear Collaborators, Solar activity continues at a low level. The largest event since the last message was a C5.3 flare at 09:27 UT today produced by a new numbered region NOAA 13691. This region also produced two low C-class flares. It has been designated as a beta-gamma-delta/D-type configuration and is showing some new flux emergence. This region will become today's target. Yesterday's target 13685 has been steady and did not show any notable activities. Further C-class activities are expected from 13691, with a chance of low M-class flares in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 13691 on May 26 at 11:30 UT is: N25E53 (-686", 412") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
