Dear Collaborators, Solar activity has partially increased since the last message. NOAA 13697 produced two X-class flares, the largest being an X1.4 at 08:26 UT today. This region remains classified as a beta-gamma-delta and shows signs of significant flux. The Major Flare Watch will continue with NOAA 13697 as the target region. Additional >M5 activity is possible in the next 24-48 hours. The position of NOAA 13697 on 01-June-2024 at 11:30 UT is: S18E28, (-423",-285") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
