Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target NOAA region 12027 has shown little evolution since producing the M6.5 flare on 2-Apr-2014 at 13:18 UT. In contrast, the nearby and newly numbered NOAA 12030 has produced three C-class events, the largest being a C5.5 on 3-Apr-2014 at 04:04 UT. This region has been classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group, and has continued to emerge new flux over the past 24 hours (including the formation of spots with more mature penumbrae). More C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12030 on 3-Apr-2014 at 17:30 UT is:

N10E47, ( -696", 238" )
