Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Sun, 3 Aug 2014 11:03:54 -0700

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. A small delta region is forming in the Northern portion of NOAA 12130, but no shearing is evident and no significant activity has been observed yet. Yesterday's target (NOAA 12132) was responsible for further C-class activity since the previous message. There is evidence for continued flux emergence within the intermediate portion of the region. Further high C-class activity is expected with a chance for another M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12132 on 3-Aug-2014 18:00 UT is:

S19E22, ( -339", -393" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
