Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity has remained below the C1 level for the past 24 hours. The new region on the southeast limb has been designated NOAA 12186, but has stayed quiescent. The spotless plage region in the northeast quadrant remains bright in H-alpha and continues to produce small eruptive events. This shall continue to be the target region with further low-level activity likely.

The approximate position of the target region on 8-Oct-2014 at 11:35 UT is:

N13E28, ( -434", 124" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
