MM#003 Major Flare Watch
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
During the past 24 hour period NOAA 2205 produced an M5.4 event at 11/06/03:46 UT. 2205 also produced an M2.9 at 11/05/19:44 and an M3.2 event at 11/06/01:39 UT. 2205 is currently a large E-type/beta-gamma sunspot group with multiple small magnetic delta configurations. Another major event (=/>M5) is likely in the next 24 to 48 hours.
The position of NOAA 2205 on November 06 at 17:00 UT is: N16E51 (Solar X = -891", Solar Y = 248")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
