Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate to low level. The target region, NOAA 12222 released the largest event since the previous message, a C3.8 flare on 3-Dec-2014 at 13:26 UT. The region has released another series of C-class events. The newly emerged flux within its intermediate portion appears to be forming an elongated mixed polarity structure with a strong PSL and shearing motions. High C-class activity is likely, with the chance for an isolated M-class event.
The position of NOAA 12222 on 3-Dec-2014 at 20:35 UT is:
S19W22 ( 346", -326" )
