MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2268 was the source of an M2.1 event at 01/29/11:42 UT. 2268 increased its spot count and spot area somewhat since the last message and continues to maintain its large F-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. 2268 will continue to be the target region for the next 24 hours. C-class activity probable with the chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hour period. NOAA 2277, N07E68, is also a large F-type/beta-gamma region. 2277 produced numerous C-class events and an isolated M1.0 event at 01/28/21:37 UT. 2277 will continue to produce C-class activity with the chance of another M-class event.
The position of NOAA 2268 on January 29 at 11:45 UT is: S10W07 (Solar X = 117", Solar Y = -072")
