Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate level. The region beyond the South East limb that was mentioned in yesterday’s message has continued to produce more flaring activity over the past 24 hours, including three low M-class events (the largest being an M3.0 on 06-Mar-2015 at 04:14 UT). Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a good chance for additional low M-class flares.
The approximate position of this region on 06-Mar-2015 at 16:00 UT is:
S19E90, ( -914", -312" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
