Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The solar activity continues at a low level. The largest event since the last message was a C3.6 at 08:49 UT on March 23 produced by an undesignated region (S25E86) over the South East limb. Yesterday's target region NOAA 12305 has increased in spot area and count, and now is classified as an E-type/beta-gamma magnetic configuration. C-class activity is possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12305 on March 23 at 12:35 UT is:
S08E51 (Solar X = -742", Solar Y = -60")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
