Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at low levels. Yesterday's target region NOAA 12371 has rotated over the west limb. NOAA 12373 will be today's target region. 12373 was the source of three low C-class events, the largest being a C2.4 at 06/29/17:58 UT, over the past 24 hours. 12373 was classified as an F-type/beta configuration. It is showing mixed polarities across the whole region. It is interesting that 12373 seems to be interacting with the adjacent prominence/filament. C-class activity is expected with a slight chance of an M-class event in the next 24-48 hour period.
The position of NOAA 12373 on June 30 at 11:35 UT is:
N15E48 (Solar X = -679", Solar Y = 215")
