MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continued at a very low level in the past 24 hours. The largest events of the period were a C1.0 at 07/11/18:36 UT and a B9.2 at 07/11/23:17 UT. The source for both events was target region 2385. 2385 is mostly unchanged maintaining its D-type/beta sunspot group. B-class events are probable with a slight chance of an isolated C-class event in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 2385 on July 12 at 15:35 UT is: N08W77 (Solar X = 911", Solar Y = 116")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
