Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity remains very low. NOAA 12570 continues in its decay phase and is the only spotted region on disk, having been confirmed as an alpha/A-type classification at the beginning of the UT day today. This region has again produced no flares over the past 24 hours. Low-to-mid B-class flares are possible over the next 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 12570 on 1-Aug-2016 at 16:30 UT is:
N10E15, ( -240", 72" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
