Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Wed, 3 Aug 2016 22:27:11 +0100 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The level of solar activity continues to be at a very low level. NOAA 12570 initially decayed further, remaining classified as an alpha/A-type sunspot group at the beginning of the UT day. More recently, 12570 appears to have emerged some small spots in its northern-most portion of plage. Low B-class flares are possible in the next 24-hour period. The position of NOAA 12570 on 3-Aug-2016 at 21:30 UT is: N10W13, ( 209", 69" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
