Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA 12661 continues in its decay phase, decreasing further in both area and number of spots. 12661 is now classed as a beta/C-type sunspot group and was the source of the largest flare since the last email (a C1.3 on 7-Jun-2017 at 02:12 UT). B-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours, with a good chance for additional low C-class events.
The position of NOAA 12661 on 7-Jun-2017 at 19:30 UT is:
N06W12, ( 193", 97" )
