Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message. A new region (unnumbered yet) near the northeastern limb is rotating onto the visible disk. It produced numerous high B-class events as well as three low C-class flares (the largest being a C2.8 at 02:55 UT on August 29) in the past 24 hours. Today we will switch the target to this new region. Further B- and C-class limb events are expected in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on August 29 at 07:30 UT is:
N15E88 (-890", 280")
