Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a very low level. The largest event since the last message was a B3.5 at 17:46 UT on August 27 produced by a region beyond the southeastern limb. The target region NOAA 12671 has been flare quiet. It is almost rotating over the western limb with overlying loops visible. We will watch this region for a final 24 hour period. NOAA 12672 (N07W24) produced a B1.6 at 00:53 UT on August 28 and continues to decay. Low level activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12671 on August 28 at 07:30 UT is:
N13W91 (924", 213")
