Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased slightly due to five low-C flares from two active regions. The largest one was a C2.6 flare at 02:11 UT today from the target region NOAA 13634. It also produced a C1.0 flare, remaining an alpha/A-type sunspot group. 13634 consolidated its spots and emerged new negative magnetic fluxes in its southern portion. Its unnumbered nearby region (N20E63) that also emerged a few spots produced two high-B flares. Note that NOAA 13629 (N05W87, beta/C-type) was also a source of three low-C and two high-B flares but it has nearly rotated beyond the west limb. More low-C activities are expected in the coming 24-hour period.
