MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 2157 was the source of numerous C-class events in the past 24 hours. The largest was a C6.7 at 09/05/0654 UT. 2157 is a large E-type/beta-gamma sunspot group with a possible magnetic delta configuration. C-class events expected with the chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hours. There is also a slight chance of an event =/>M5.

The position of NOAA 2157 on September 05 at 11:00 UT is: S13E61 (Solar X = -812", -269")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
