Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The region on the southeast limb remains the only source of activity on the Sun, having produced several C-class flares since the last message. The region remains unnumbered and its magnetic configuration is still unknown, but it shall remain the target region. We are continuing with the DST Service Mode support campaign at this time, with further C-level activity expected over the next 24 hours. If supporting, please select this region as your target between 15-18 UT tomorrow (Saturday).
The approximate position of the target region on 17-Oct-2014 at 16:00 UT is:
S13E86, ( -936", -221" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
