Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels. NOAA 12209 has remained quiescent since the M5.7 flare on 16-Nov-2014 and has begun to show signs of decay. We are therefore ending the Major Flare Watch at this time. An unnumbered region on the southeast limb was the source of a C7.6 flare at 06:31 UT today and shall be the new target region. Its magnetic configuration is unknown at this time but additional mid-level events may be possible.
The approximate position of the target region on 20-Nov-2014 at 12:35 UT is:
S13E78, ( -925", -226" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
