Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux has remained steady around the C1 level since the last message. The target region in the southeast quadrant has now been designated NOAA 12216 and is classified as a beta/D-type region. The region has been quiescent since the C7.6 flare yesterday, but Ca XV maps show enhanced emission coming from the vicinity of the region. Possibility of isolated low-to-intermediate level events over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12216 on 21-Nov-2014 at 12:35 UT is:
S13E61, ( -829", -235" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
