Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2280 is mostly unchanged and is also mostly quiescent despite maintaining its small magnetic delta configuration located within the intermediate portion of its D-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. C-class events possible with only a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2280 on February 06 at 16:35 UT is: S08E05 (Solar X = -084", Solar Y = -028")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
