The target will switch to a rapidly developing EFR located in the northeastern quadrant. The EFR has bright H-alpha plage with an arch filament system and a tilted magnetic inversion line. B-class events probable with a chance of an isolated C-class event if the region continues to develop in the following 24 hour period. The position of the target on August 22 at 09:45 UT is: N12E27 (Solar X = -423", Solar Y = 096") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
