Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Sun, 15 Oct 2017 12:30:24 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar flare activity was at an extremely low level in the past 24 hours. Yesterday's target filament has mostly disappeared. There is only a very tiny segment visible at its northern end. The target will switch to an EFR located in the northwestern quadrant. B-class activity possible and if the region continues to develop, there is a slight chance of a C-class event. The position of the EFR target on October 15 at 14:30 UT is: N12W26 (Solar X = 414", Solar Y = 026") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
