Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at an extremely low level. NOAA 12412 decayed slightly over the previous 24 hours and has remained classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group. New region NOAA 12414 (alpha/A-type group) has emerged only 10 degrees ahead of NOAA 12412. B-class activity is possible over the next 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 12412 on 10-Sep-2015 at 12:00 UT is:
S08E10, ( -170", -250" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
