MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is extremely low. The background x-ray flux is currently flat at the A5.9 level. The target region has developed a few tiny sunspot pores (visible only on images having the very best resolution). No significant solar flare activity expected anytime soon.
The position of the target on July 02 at 13:45 UT is: N16E09 (Solar X = -143", Solar Y = 213")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
