Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is still at a very low level. NOAA 12570 has decayed further and at the start of the UT day it was classified by NOAA as a spotless plage region. However, satellite-based imaging indicates that NOAA 12570 still retains some small spots. A new region is now emerging in the North East quadrant with small spots already formed in a bipolar (beta) magnetic configuration. Low B-class flares are possible in the following 24 hours.
The approximate position of this region on 4-Aug-2016 at 21:30 UT is:
N13E24, ( -380", 123" )
